A PDF, the procedure in English and Spanish, allergens, photos, and a shelf life. Share it with one restaurant, a group, or every kitchen.
Pick the restaurant, the chef, and the date. Set the quantity and the order, then save. That list shows up on that chef’s iPad.
The whole kitchen on one board. Save a template, then send it as a prep list. It stays on the board until you send it.
Today’s recipes, in the order the manager set. Opening one marks it started. Printing the label marks it done.
A home-screen web app, same login. Temps, weight, and photos by station before service, then a report for that restaurant.

Seiko SLP720RT, and BIXOLON set to Generic ESC/POS. Both use the printer’s IP address on the same Wi-Fi. Labels print from prep recipes: the item, the cook’s name, the prep date, and the expiry from the shelf life.
A browser app. On an iPhone or iPad, add it to the Home Screen and sign in with the same username and passcode. The kitchen app on the iPad is separate, from the App Store.
Accounts are issued for the kitchen. Open the app with the username and passcode you were given, or write to us. Mileage logging is a different app, DK Mobile.
