DK Mobile · Mileage that logs itself
Questions, a drive that didn't log, or a report that doesn't look right? Email rick@digitalkitchensystems.com and we'll get back to you, usually within one business day (Central Time). A screenshot helps.
A drive didn't log. Check that tracking is set to Auto (top right of the Live tab), that location is set to Always, and that both ends are saved places. Phone off or drove straight through? Add it on the Log tab with “Add a drive by hand.”
The miles look short. Distance is measured by GPS from the moment you leave one place's radius to the moment you enter the next, so the few hundred feet inside each radius aren't counted. That errs on the safe side for an audit.
How do I send a report? Log tab ▸ Reimbursement report. Choose the period and format (PDF, Excel, time on site, CSV or GPX), tap Create the file, then email it or save it to Files.
Weekends. Weekend tracking is off by default. Turn it on from the Live tab if you drive for work on weekends.
DK Mobile is $49.99 a year after a 2-week free trial, billed by Apple. To cancel or manage it: Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ DK Mobile. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or year ends to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Changed phones? Tap “Restore purchase” on the subscribe screen.
Your places and drives are stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them, so send yourself a report first if you need a record. See the privacy policy.
