DK Mobile · Last updated: October 4, 2026
DK Mobile is a mileage log for work drives. This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: your locations and drives stay on your iPhone. We don't have an account system, a server for this app, or any way to see your data.
All of it is stored only on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. Nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone else. Drives are kept for three years, the length of time the IRS suggests keeping mileage records; the detailed GPS points on each drive are deleted after four months. Deleting the app deletes everything.
Typing an address to set up a location sends that search to Apple Maps to find it, under Apple's privacy policy.
When you create a PDF, Excel, CSV or GPX report, the app hands the file to the iOS share sheet. You choose where it goes, for example an email to your employer. Those reports contain your drives, times, locations and, if you entered one, your name. Once shared, they're handled by whoever you sent them to.
The subscription is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether your subscription is active.
DK Mobile is a business tool and isn't directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
